Teamlead Inside Sales KAM
As a Teamlead Inside you are responsible for managing and leading providing direction to a team of inside sales representatives. Your primary role is to oversee and optimize the sales process, set performance targets, provide guidance and training to team members, and collaborate with other departments to ensure sales goals are met, and ensure a flawless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coach, develop and provide direction and feedback to the Inside Sales team on their knowledge, skills, effectiveness and quality of their customer contacts.
2. Accountable to achieve Inside Sales goals of the assigned team including share of wallet growth, customer relations and customer retention to ensure profitable growth.
3. Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the team including monthly individual 1:1 meetings in order to achieve business and individual goals and monthly team meetings.
4. Has a complete overview of the order-to-cash process, performs regular checks and takes proactive actions if needed.
5. Maximize gross profit opportunities by ensuring pricing integrity and checking price agreements by following price governance.
6. Identify opportunities to improve the service we provide and be able to implement changes which enables us to deliver excellent and evolving services
7. Initiate, implement and follow up continuous improvement initiatives and focus on more efficient and effective processes.
8. Implement and execute company policies and procedures. Ensure that team members operate at all times in accordance with the law and Company policies and procedures.
9. Check and release quotations on low margin.
10. Successfully handles escalations, complaints and claims.
11. Maintain and further develop a culture centered on the customer and focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
12. Embraces ongoing process/project development and beneficial change to identify best solutions. Identifies opportunities to improve practices.
13. Liaise with other departments (sales, logistics, procurement, quality,..) to resolve problems when required.
14. Assist in team tasks and organizational projects if needed.
Your Profile
15. Bachelor degree level education completed
16. Minimum of 2 years' Inside Sales experience in a customer centric environment (B2B)
17. Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience and people management
18. Experience of working in an international organization
19. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and SAP (plus)
20. Helicopter view
21. Fluent in Dutch, English and French
