What will you do?
When you join us as Global Account Manager DACH, you will start working with a number of our German customers. You are their first point of contact, you answer their queries, and you keep them satisfied and engaged with our products and services. You will also actively seek new opportunities to grow your accounts’ revenue.
Main objectives
1. Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
2. Communicating with customers in order to understand their needs and to explain our product value
3. Ensuring prompt and accurate answers to client’s queries
4. Developing additional business with existing customers by keeping them informed on our new product features and by engaging with them to use our solution on a larger geographical scope
5. Achieving your personal target and contribute to the Sales team’s target.
6. Tasks & key responsibilities
You identify stakeholders and contact persons while keeping our CRM up to date You stay in touch with your assigned customers and grow long-lasting relationshipsYou expand the commercial relationship within your assigned customer portfolio by identifying sales opportunities and following-up until sales order (renewals and up-sellsYou deliver throughout the sales cycle, this includes preparing presentations, delivering demos and creating offersYou document and track opportunity progress in our CRM (we use Hubspot)You validate and process change requestsYou assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations if neededYou participate in departmental improvement initiatives
About You:
7. You’ll have +5 years of successful track record as Account Executive/Manager within a B2B SaaS environment
8. You have experience working with enterprise customers
9. You love to go the extra mile to delight your customers and deliver results
10. Your relationship skills are second to none, you make it your business to become a trusted advisor to your customers
11. We use Hubspot and Linkedin Sales Navigator, any knowledge of Hubspot would be awesome
12. You have an entrepreneurial and commercial spirit, and thrive in a hands-on environment
13. You work well with others and actively contribute to team meetings/objectives/events, we want to hear your voice!
14. You are a native German speaker and fluent in English, knowledge of other languages would be great
