Main Responsibilities:
* Manage monthly payroll and social administration, ensuring accurate compensation and compliance with tax regulations.
* Work with international tax advisors on expatriate and split salary compensation schedules.
* Handle employment matters such as vacation days, holiday pay, sickness fund documents, and educational leave.
* Apply new legislation and regulations to payroll as needed.
Employee Benefits:
* Manage employee insurance plans, including benefit schemes and communication with employees.
* Answer benefit questions from employees and orient newly eligible employees.
* Prepare and communicate information about benefit programs, procedures, and changes.
* Work with insurance brokers and oversee pension and savings plans.
HR Projects:
* Collaborate with the global and local HR team on projects related to employee compensation, systems, benefits analysis, and benchmarking.
Main Tasks:
* Payroll processing: attendance incidents, payments, withholding tax and social charges declarations.
* Relations with organizations for legal monitoring and internal or external audits.
* Periodic declarations, management of LTI, bonuses, leavers, long-term illness and disability cases.
* Monitoring of pay regulations and reporting for financial services.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience, in-depth knowledge of Belgian and Luxemburgish social and fiscal legislations.
* Excellent knowledge of salary and benefit practices for both Belgium and Luxembourg.
* 5+ years of work experience in international environments.
* Excellent English, French & Dutch communication skills.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
