The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a 2nd Line Support team at a client's facility in Aarschot, Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing team performance, and mentoring a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the 2nd Line Support team in a technical environment
* Overseeing the resolution of complex IT issues

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal IT Support Manager should bring:
* Proven experience in IT support with a strong track record of leading teams in a technical environment
* Expertise in Office365 Exchange Online administration and Active Directory
* Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems
* Experience with Windows 10/11, Citrix, VPNs, and mobile device management (Intune is a plus)
* Fluency in English and Flemish is essential
