* Managing the calendar and coordinating various meetings, including virtual meetings, conference calls, appointments, board meetings, and general assemblies.
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations and ad-hoc materials for meetings, taking notes, and drafting meeting summaries.
* Organizing and coordinating international meetings, handling all travel arrangements from start to finish.
* Answering, screening, and redirecting incoming phone calls.
* Managing and dispatching incoming correspondence via letters and email.
* Providing comprehensive administrative support, including preparing, editing, and translating documents and presentations; maintaining an up-to-date filing system; preparing regular reports;
* You have at least 2 years of experience as a Secretary, Management Assistant, or Executive Assistant (preferably within a non-profit or membership-based organization).
* You possess excellent written and spoken English skills with a good level in French or Dutch
* You are decision-oriented, demonstrating maturity and autonomy in your work, and are service- and solution-driven.
* You have excellent organizational skills and time management is one of your key strengths.
