What you will be doing
To serve as our customers' first point of contact and to assist them in resolving connectivity and networking issues
To analyse support requests and evaluate their complexity and priority
You will also follow up and report allocated requests and interventions
Order preparation, router inventory management, configuration, and site installation, keeping track of inventories
Supervise the network to tackle problems proactively
Taking part in duty service to support 24/7 SLA
Providing cover and support to the rest of the team when required
Collaborating with external partners to ensure prompt and efficient assistance in critical areas
What you will have
You have a strong affinity for IT, technology, and innovation, and you have a technical degree or can demonstrate your technical knowledge through work experience
You communicate clearly and efficiently in French and English (must haves). Knowledge of other languages is a plus
We are looking for somebody with a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn more about our products and services
You are a born team player and dedicated to what you do
Service-minded and also sufficiently stress-resistant to cope with unexpected situations
You can work independently, and you are flexible and a problem solver

Technical skills:
You have practical knowledge of the following technologies and services: VLAN, VPN, WAN interfaces, LAN management, IP routing, basic Firewall configuration, and mobile technology (3G/4G/5G and satellite)
A plus for the following experiences and huge appetite: To learn about new technologies (SD WAN, SDN) and to create innovative solutions (4G bonding, Mobile VPNs, hybrid deployments)
