Assure the administrative follow-up of the credit portfolio:
-Daily management of the requests relative to the current credits;
-Contact with Relation Managers;
-Contact with notaries and insurance companies;
-Daily support to Credit Analysts;
-Supply of information for various attestations;
-Archiving of the credit agreement
Prepare or review the contractual documents of credit and pledge for clients:
-Determination or check of the adequate type of agreement to use;
-Completing and/or adapting contracts relating to credit conditions and collateral;
-Contact with notaries regarding mortgage
Record credits in the Bank's computer system:
-Check of the client return (contract validity, mention, signature);
-Request for the opening of credit technical accounts;
-Verification of the perfection of the collateral;
-Provision of the credit.
Profil-You have obtained a bachelor degree in accounting, finance or equivalent with a relevant experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in the financial sector. Experience in the mortgage sector is an asset.
-You are a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will work in a small team but you are able to connect with different stakeholders (Credit analysts, Private Bankers, Credit Risk managers, Members of the Credit Committee…)
-You are proactive, flexible, pragmatic and have a ‘can-do’ mentality
-Solid organization skills are a must. You quickly get an overview of tasks, determine priorities and connect the dots on a broader level, while also keeping an eye for details
-You are discrete and can handle confidential information
-You are bilingual French and Dutch
-You are advanced Microsoft Office user
