* Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, create job postings, and attract candidates via headhunting efforts.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews utilizing Microsoft Teams and other digital tools.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated expertise in international recruitment.
* Ability to work independently as a freelance recruiter on global assignments.
* Proficiency in French and English languages.
* Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
