We also provide expert advice on regulatory matters, oversee litigation, coordinate with external counsel, and manage specialized legal projects.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our compact legal team, you will report directly to the General Counsel. Your core responsibilities include:1. drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse array of agreements, such as client and supplier contracts, NDAs, consortium agreements, IT agreements, and real estate agreements2. supporting M&A projects3. supporting the corporate housekeeping processes4. offering legal assistance to EY's internal functions, including Finance, HR, IT, Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Facilities, and Risk Management, on both national and international levels.We expect you to integrate swiftly into our team, establish a robust internal network, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments and countries.Your ProfileYou have/are:1. 3-5 years of experience either in a law firm's corporate/commercial department or as in-house counsel2. experience with IT contract negotiation (is a plus)3. fluent in Dutch, French, and English.4. a true team player with a strong desire to learn and cooperate with your colleagues5. a genuine interest in the business implications of legal issues and strive to balance legal considerations with business needs.What’s In It For You1.
