Your role:
* Assist the Sales team by preparing quotations and managing their follow-up in our ERP system.
* Accurately assess our production capacities, strengths, and the limitations of our machinery.
* Leverage your network of contractors and suppliers to consistently offer the best solutions.
* Collaborate with project leaders and draughtsmen to provide customers with practical advice.
* Maintain strong relationships with both external stakeholders (customers, subcontractors, etc.) and internal teams (employees).
* Report directly to the Planning and Customer Service Manager.
Profile:
* You hold a technical Bachelor's degree, ideally in mechanics or electromechanics.
* Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
* You are proficient in Autocad and SolidWorks.
* You are familiar with the operation of a Laser Robot.
* Your responsibility includes preparing production tasks.
* This also covers price calculations and quotation preparations.
* A passion for metalwork and drive are part of your nature.
* You possess strong technical insight.
* Detail-oriented.
