Your responsibilities will encompass defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and overseeing the entire HR product lifecycle :
* Coordinate a Product Strategy and Roadmap with stakeholder(s)
* Gather and Evaluate end-user and business expert/stakeholder functional requirements
* Guard the boundaries of the Functional Domain together with Business Experts
* Communication and collaboration with different stakeholders
* Translation of the Business needs into a Product Vision and Strategy
* Project and Change Request Management (scope, budget and planning)
* Provide (coordinate) onboarding and training documentation (train the trainer principle)
* Single Point of Contact for External Suppliers
* Contract Management & KPI follow up with Suppliers
* Master's degree in business, human resources, information technology or a related field
* First experience as an HR Product owner or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of HR concepts, tools, and technologies
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks
* Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Scrum, Azure DevOps)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with HR/workforce management systems
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* You speak/write Dutch & English, French is a plus
