We are seeking top-tier managers and (aspiring) entrepreneurs who resonate with our mission and want to acquire a medium-sized company (EBITDA €3M).
The journey of a buy-in CEO includes:
* Shaping, evaluating and driving the company's vision and strategic growth opportunities.
* Taking on the daily management of the company.
* Driving growth through marketing and sales initiatives.
* Optimizing product and service offerings and improving brand positioning.
* Identifying, managing and implementing impactful operational improvements through automation, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives.
* Providing regular reports to the Companions team regarding the company's performance and vision, while seeking support when necessary.

* Demonstrated organizational skills and leadership excellence.

The process
1. Register as a candidate by filling in the form below.
2. Internal review: Upon receiving your application, we conduct an internal review to determine if there is a match.
3. Personal invitation to one of our upcoming events: In an intimate setting, you will get to know the Companions model and meet our team and Managing Partners.
4. We will keep you in the loop of target companies. Once we identify a new buy-in opportunity, we will contact you and send you a teaser. You will then have the chance to express your interest and apply. If your application is selected, a fast-paced selection process will follow, during which we will delve deeper into your leadership capabilities, industry knowledge, strategic insights, and problem-solving abilities.
5. We also keep our potential future CEOs informed about new management opportunities in companies in which we are already active.
