As Management Assistant, you can expect the following responsabilities:
* Agenda management of some managers from this department
* Travel arrangements for the department
* Follow-up invoices and update client files
* Coordinate the scheduling of meetings
* Prepare the mise-en-page of documents and presentations
* Update the timesheets of the managers
* Keep track of subscriptions to seminars of the managers
* Professional proficiency in English & Dutch, with a basic level in French
* Ideally Bachelor and/or Master degree obtained (or equivalent by experience)
* A first experience in administration
* Positive mindset and motivation
* Eye for detail, organized and good planning skills
* Experience with the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Professional communication skills
* You like to put order in things and help others
