Responsibilities:
1. Repair breakdown mold.
2. Manage the assigned workplace to ensure the fulfillment of the production plan.
3. Create a daily preventive maintenance plan.
4. Develop maintenance documentation.
5. Conduct activities associated with significant environmental aspects and workplace risks.
6. Ensure compliance with legal regulations that apply to the workplace.
7. Prepare for emergencies.
8. Train subordinate employees (on-the-job training).
9. Fulfill tasks resulting from ISO standards of the established Integrated Management System for which the DMPO company is certified (e.g., quality, environment, occupational safety, energy management).
10. Perform inspections for compliance with OSH and PO as stipulated by the Labor Code.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
12. Maintain staff attendance records and vacation plans.
13. Plan training at new workplaces and supplement the substitutability matrix.
14. Inform superiors of problems that cannot be solved within competence.
15. Communicate with contractors.
16. Train workers in new positions.
17. Ensure safety, order, and cleanliness.
18. Analyze and implement countermeasures for quality issues, safety, environment, kaizen, breakdowns, etc.
19. Be open to working night shifts in the future.
20. Learn new technology (e.g., micro channel mold).
Requirements:
1. Secondary school or technical school (Mechanical).
2. At least 5 years of experience in die maintenance or injection die, with management experience of a small team.
3. Intermediate English.
4. Authorization for TIG or CO2 welding.
5. Crane operator qualification.
6. Forklift driver qualification.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel.
8. Strong communication skills, team building, and time management.
9. Pragmatic with the necessary self-discipline to propose and follow through on plans.
10. Eagerness to solve day-to-day operational issues.
