As an integral part of our organization, you will report directly to the Managing Director and play a crucial role in elevating our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support to our existing customers through telephone and email interactions, ensuring a seamless experience.
2. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
3. Product Expertise: Specialize in the specification and selection of equipment and standard service products, showcasing your technical prowess.
4. Order Processing: Utilize your SAP skills to process standard customer inquiries, create quotations, and handle order processing efficiently.
5. Sales Enhancement: Actively engage in cross-selling and up-selling of ProMinent equipment and service product portfolios to maximize value for our customers.
6. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with sales colleagues, logistics, and the technical department to foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering.
2. Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate strong commercial knowledge or have commercial training with a fundamental understanding of technical aspects.
3. Sales Experience: Previous experience in the sales of technically explained products is highly desirable.
4. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with dosing technology and/or measurement/control technology is a plus.
5. Customer-Centric: Possess a strong customer orientation and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Showcase a high level of problem-solving skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
7. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SAP/SD and possess good MS Office skills.
8. Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and French; good knowledge of English for communication with our mother company.
