Mission/purpose of the role:
Specialized in Data Analytics and Content square, the UX Researcher will be tasked with the mission to deepen the understanding of how users interact with our digital products and services.
Main responsibilities:
1. Plans and Executes Research : Conducts comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into user behaviours, needs, and motivations.
2. Analyses Data : Utilizes Content square and other analytics tools to study user interaction data, identifying trends and extracting actionable insights.
3. Collaborates on Design : Works closely with the design and development teams, applying research findings to guide design decisions and product enhancements.
4. Maps User Journeys : Creates detailed maps of user journeys, identifying key interactions, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Conducts Usability Testing : Designs and executes usability tests to validate designs and iterates based on user feedback.
6. Communicates Findings : Prepares detailed reports and presentations, sharing research findings and recommendations with stakeholders across the organization.
7. Establishes Research Frameworks : Develops and refines UX research methodologies to ensure effective and efficient collection and analysis of user data.
8. Keeps Abreast of Industry Trends : Stays informed about the latest trends in UX research, data analytics, and technology, particularly advancements in Content square.
Your profile:
9. University degree with minimum 3 years' UX research experience and a strong portfolio
10. Expertise in data analysis, especially with Content square
11. Deep understanding of user-cantered design principles
12. Content square certification
13. Google Analytics certification would be a plus
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills
15. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
16. Fluent English. Dutch and/or French would be a plus
