EU Head of Sales (EU based) - Drinks Startup
Job Description
The EU Head of Sales (EU based) - Drinks Startup will take responsibility for setting up and driving the UK and European arm of the brand. A young but already established company, they are embarking on the next phase of growth across major global markets.
This person will take on both commercial, logistical and operational tasks including working with my client in setting up the relevant entities. My client is looking for someone that can set up and manage a network of distributors across major markets.
The Successful Applicant
The EU Head of Sales (EU based) - Drinks Startup will ideally come with the following skills and experiences:
* Strong commercial experience in the drinks industry, ideally having played a major role in a startup or growing a brand across the UK and international markets.
* Open to an extent on FMCG or personal care categories also, but with a startup background or having grown brands in the same territories.
* Experience with operational management - e.g. supply chain logistics, warehousing, distribution, etc.
* Strong market knowledge across the UK and Europe.
* Strong negotiation skills, as well as presentation and financial acumen.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and outlook - the role is about starting, developing, and then managing on your own to start with; as the business grows, the team can grow - this person needs to be very hands-on and take full accountability.
* Excellent project management skills, a problem-solver, and a positive attitude towards the challenges that would lie ahead.
* Strong understanding of market entry, RTM strategy, and all relevant regulations and setup requirements for multiple markets.
We are open on location; however, we want someone based in the EU (e.g. Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, etc.).
What's on Offer
Circa £80,000 to £100,000 depending on experience + OTE (to be agreed).
