As a Compensation and Benefits Consultant, you will work on different assignments at various clients to support them in crafting innovative reward solutions. During these missions, you are the architect of enticing rewards structures. Depending on the needs of the client, you will dive into market analysis, fine-tune benefit programs, and shape policies that resonate with the clients diverse workforce. In addition, you will be hands-on with operational payroll activities and contribute to shaping a modern compensation policy. You will play a vital role in optimizing HR processes and policies related to employment conditions and social security. Next to this, you bring your analytical prowess to the table, crunching numbers to uncover insights that drive employee satisfaction and engagement. Let's talk about you Thanks to your passion for Human Resources, everyone will notice the drive and enthusiasm that you bring to the workplace every day. •You have built up a strong interest & knowledge for your profession during your Bachelor or Master in Social Work, Commercial Sciences, Psychology or any other HR related field;•You have at least 2-6 years of relevant professional experience in Compensation and Rewards;•You have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and (inter)national social law. You are familiar with market analysis, job evaluations, and benefits administration;•A changing & dynamic context gets you energized;•You are a flexible and customer friendly personality, able to work in a team, build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization;•You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
