Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our B2B logistics initiatives in the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be on market research, strategic sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with business customers and partners.
Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business customers
* Work closely with colleagues from operations, marketing, and customer service to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Lead negotiations with customers and prospects to meet squad objectives
* Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Report regularly to senior management on progress, performance, and challenges within the B2B logistics of parcels and pallets
