As the Digital Product Manager for Front Operations, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a strategic vision for digital products that align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI. You will lead the development of a comprehensive roadmap, manage product lifecycle, and ensure that the digital transformation initiatives are effectively implemented across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic digital product roadmap for Front Operations, focusing on business objectives and ROI.
Design and oversee an action plan for product architecture and dependencies, emphasizing cybersecurity and system availability.
Drive digital transformation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Promote cross-functional coordination to improve solution quality and break down silos.
Provide leadership and coaching to Product Owners and manage global stakeholder relationships.
Manage product budgets and external partner engagements.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance data to guide product improvements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital product management.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s Degree in IT, Business Economics, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery with a strong grasp of business processes.
Experience in technology roadmapping, strategic development, and understanding financial drivers.
Familiarity with technologies such as Oracle and Precision is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
