The Technology & Product Director will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the glass industry. The director will have to understand customer needs and be able to supervise a product pipeline accordingly. Furthermore:
1. Stay aware of the trend within the market segment, its impact on the commercial portfolio and priorities of the new product development pipeline.
2. Provide application development support and validate product attributes.
3. Translate customer and industry needs into product opportunities.
