We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Finance and Administration Officer/Accountant to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment. This role offers opportunities to grow, learn, and engage in international projects with a multicultural team. Availability to travel to China from July 28th to August 19th, 2025, is required.
Responsibilities
• Candidate should have a consolidated accounting background: accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tax. - Prepare tax documents- Spanish Taxes.
* Accounts and Billing: Issued and received, checking against contracts, purchasing processes, services, etc.
* Compile and analyze financial statements
* Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
* Reports, budgeting
* Bank reconciliation and Payment execution
* Cash Flow
* File and document maintenance
* Spreadsheets: Excellent management of Excel databases (Ex.: Management of Excel formulas to cross-check information with various databases, optimization of time and work, etc.)
Profile & Qualifications
Minimum experience of at least 3-4 years in a similar position
* University degrees in Finance, Accounting, and advanced certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or MBA (Master of Business Administration).
* Fluency - MS Office
* ERP: SAGE200 mandatory.
* International experience
* High level of English: Verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate in English and Spanish (other languages welcome)
* A proactive and responsible person with initiative and versatility.
* Detailed and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage own workload and information and work under pressure (at times).
