We are looking for : CORPORATE HR MANAGER EUROPE
located at ERTVELDE
As Corporate HR Manager Europe, you play a key role in shaping and implementing a strategic HR policy for our plants in France, the UK and Germany, as well as for the central services being innovation & quality, corporate industrial, IT and supply chain. You will contribute to the growth and development of around 500 FTEs and support management and employees in achieving the
company objectives.
Working closely with the HR team and senior management, you will ensure:
1. Development and implementation of HR processes and policies: such as strategic workforce planning, competence development, performance management and compensation & benefits.
2. Recruitment and selection: You lead the process of attracting top talent, considering future business needs. In this, you will be supported by our recruiters.
3. Advisory role as business partner: You will provide strategic guidance to senior management and support them in decision-making and communication.
4. Stakeholder management and negotiations: You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have excellent negotiation skills.
5. Leading strategic HR projects: such as M&A, workforce planning and 'Great Place to Work' initiatives, including managing change management projects.
6. Contributing at the executive level: you will participate in executive committee meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.
7. Working within complex structures: You smoothly navigate through multinational and matrix structures and know how to take the lead in them.
8. Decision-making around change management: You are capable to lead and decide on change projects.
9. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be the trusted HR partner for a number of global executives (Innovation Director, Operations Director, Supply Chain Director).
10. Master's degree and proven extensive experience in a senior HR role within an international and corporate environment, preferably at a head office.
11. Thorough knowledge of social legislation and HR systems, combined with pragmatic insights.
12. Experience in managing complex, international HR projects and working within multinational structures.
13. Results-oriented approach in a rapidly changing environment.
14. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire employees and deliver change.
15. Excellent communication skills and multilingualism (Dutch, English and French).
16. Willingness to travel regularly to foreign locations.
17. Strong in translating complex information and figures into clear presentations for various audiences.
18. Experience in stakeholder management, negotiations and supervising change management projects.
19. Working within complex structures: You smoothly navigate multinational and matrix structures and know how to take the lead in them.
