Job Description:
As Global Business Process Manager for Supply Chain Management, you are responsible for evaluating, designing, executing, measuring, monitoring, and controlling supply chain business processes relating to the end-to-end value chain, in collaboration with business stakeholders (management and users) and with the ICS team to fit them into the systems landscape on a worldwide scope.
You will determine how to fulfill customer requirements and ensure that the end-to-end process delivers on its goals of transformation and business process optimization.
You will report to the Head of Process & Technology (GBS).
In this role, you also take responsibility as IT Business Partner for Customer Operations.
Function content as Global Process Owner (60%)
Business Process Improvement & Support
* You design processes to fulfill business needs and goals as well as ensure processes are documented and kept up to date.
* You work closely with the business managers and process owners to identify improvement opportunities, standardization, and simplification of the business processes.
* You drive the implementation of process changes, to maximize performance, using automation and system capability; you provide training where needed.
* You support the organization in “change management.”
* You ensure constant, reliable measurement of the proper metrics and KPIs to benchmark and optimize performance on an ongoing basis.
Business Requirements Management:
* You capture application-related business requirements.
* You work together with the ICS to translate the business requirements into enhancements or project requests.
* You assign priorities to the change requests and projects together with the ICS Business Partners.
* You safeguard the integrity of business requirements in application enhancements and projects.
* You are the “Technology Watch” for your segment, meaning you discover the latest technologies and processes and benchmark these against Agfa.
Project Implementation:
* You act as a “Business Analyst” in the implementation of systems projects, involved in the Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.
* You take responsibility for the project delivery for Supply Chain together with ICS.
* You act as a bridge between the business requirements and the systems solutions, and the SCM processes functionalities and other linked processes.
* You collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements including business process flows.
* You are responsible for developing and evaluating business cases together with Business Owners for any business requirement.
* You organize and conduct training sessions for the key users.
* You lead the SC Demand mgmt. function in ongoing S/4 HANA implementation and future rollouts.
Function content as ICS Business Partner (40%)
As IT Business Partner for Customer Operations:
* Organize ICS-CO SteerCos, providing a view on ongoing & planned initiatives, priorities, risks & dependencies.
* Translate CO priorities into concrete new demands for ICS.
* Launch new CO demands for ICS to Atos and follow up on the delivery of CO demands with Atos.
* Ensure that UAT happens on delivered CO demands and coordinate with the testers.
* Support the existing routines between ICS and CO.
Candidate profile:
* You have a master’s degree in business administration or equivalent through experience.
* You have knowledge of the modules in SAP (as a key user).
* You can prove a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in business process analysis.
* You have the capacity to communicate efficiently with IT professionals.
* Advanced user knowledge of APO and MM/WM modules in SAP is a plus.
* Knowledge of S/4 HANA.
* Experience with business processes in the domain of Supply Chain (including Planning processes) is an advantage.
* Training and communication skills.
* Capacity to work independently and manage work within a multi-tasking environment.
