Head of Marketing
Your creativity and strategic mindset will fuel the marketing engine of Polysense! As our first marketing hire, you will shape and execute a powerful marketing strategy that makes our brand stand out—both to potential customers and top talent. You’ll work side by side with our Sales & People teams to make Polysense the go-to name in our industry.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy – Define and execute a kick-ass marketing strategy that drives lead generation, brand awareness, and employer branding.
2. Events & Community Building – Organize high-impact events and ensure a strong Polysense presence at industry conferences, networking events, and recruitment fairs. You make sure our brand isn’t just seen, but remembered.
3. Online & Content Marketing – Manage and grow our social media, website, and online campaigns. Whether it’s an engaging LinkedIn post, a recruitment video, or a thought-leadership blog—you know how to grab attention and turn it into action.
4. Employer Branding – Work closely with the People team to turn Polysense into a magnet for top talent! Highlight our culture, success stories, and employee experiences. Make sure everyone knows why we’re the best place to work.
5. Brand Development – Polysense is one of the new kids on the block, and it’s your job to turn us into a recognizable, trusted brand. From our tone of voice to our visual identity, you’ll shape how people see and experience Polysense.

2. You have experience in B2B marketing – You know how to position a tech scale-up in a competitive market, generate leads, and support sales.
3. You’re creative & hands-on – You love experimenting with content, campaigns, and events, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
4. You know how to make brands shine – Whether it’s brand positioning, storytelling, or visuals, you have an eye for what makes a company stand out.
5. You understand the power of employer branding – You work closely with the People team to create campaigns that attract top talent and showcase our unique culture.
6. You’re digital-savvy – You know your way around LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, marketing automation tools, and other digital platforms to maximize reach.
7. You love data – You measure what works and optimize based on insights. Conversion rates, engagement, and ROI don’t scare you – they excite you!
8. You’re a natural storyteller – Whether it's a blog, a video script, or a LinkedIn post, you know how to craft compelling messages that people want to read and share.

Experience with branding in a tech start-up or scale-up
