The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/x)* for Orthodontics in Diegem, you have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Proactively managing customer relationships and being the single point of contact for all enquiries, orders, and complaints via telephone and other correspondence.
* Collaborating with all internal stakeholders to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.
* Providing service and support through utilizing Salesforce & APlus to manage the end-to-end order flow, including order entry, ensuring all transactions always meet the required compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements.
* Promoting offers to customers contacting customer service in relation to additional products and/or services in order to increase the order value.
* Participating in all company initiatives, e.g., daily tier reviews, team meetings, training, as well as completing all compliance and EHS courses as required.
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Knowledgeable & proactive customer-facing experience.
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy for data entry.
* Organizational, collaboration & relationship-building skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and an ability to work as part of a team.
* Appropriate language skills in English, French, Dutch plus an extra language.
Work location: Hybrid (Diegem, Belgium)
