Job Title: Talent Specialist Lead
Job Summary:
The role of the Talent Specialist Lead is a critical component in driving high performance within the team. You will lead a Talent Delivery pod, predominantly made up of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists, and be responsible for their day-to-day management and performance.
You will also support the office leadership in the broader management of the Talent Delivery team and act as an ambassador to the business, setting the standard for performance and behaviours. Your goal is to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers high-quality talent within specialist areas.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Leading a Talent Delivery pod composed of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists, prioritizing qualified requirements from sales and allocating resources to meet agreed delivery expectations.
* Serving as a key point of contact with Sales to discuss and agree on business qualification of roles being proposed for work.
* Utilizing tools such as Connected, LinkedIn, Job boards, CV Libraries, Microsoft Teams to provide excellent customer experiences.
* Supporting new Technical Recruiters through leveraging experienced Talent Specialists during onboarding.
* Serving as a source of escalations for Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists when needed, knowing when to escalate to TDTL.
* Running weekly 1-to-1s, monthly and quarterly performance review meetings, and PDPs to develop a high-performing team.
* Conducting structured 1-to-1 coaching and focused demonstrations to upskill team members.
* Supporting team members to build strong relationships internally and with the Sales population to ensure requirements are filled on time and both the client and contractor receive a world-class service.
* Maintaining a strong network of contractors that can be easily searched to identify potential talent aligned to new requirement openings.
* Attending leadership meetings to support the office leadership in running the office strategy and delivering communications to the wider office.
