Leadership Opportunity: Team Leader Customer Service, Planning & Admin
Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the organization of inbound and outbound flows for various customers at our Contract Logistic Site in Eindhout, Belgium.
This role is based in a multi-user warehouse environment handling fast-moving consumer goods, food, high-tech, and medical devices. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of 7-10 white-collar employees and report directly to the Customer Service and Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily planning processes, including problem-solving on planning issues, internal and external KPI management, correct invoicing, and general administration.
* Maintain effective relationships with customers through regular communication.
* Manage transport and warehouse claims to support customer relationship growth.
* Implement process improvements within your scope, focusing on automation and efficiency increases.
* Ensure compliance with our Quality, Health, Safety, and Security (QSHE) policy.
* Develop and maintain a high-performing team, fostering individual employee growth and development.
* Foster strong collaboration with warehouse leadership and customers to prioritize actions effectively.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Forwarding and Logistics or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of experience in planning functions, covering various activities like inbound, outbound, resource planning, production planning, and stock management.
* Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and suppliers.
* Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating and developing teams to achieve goals.
* Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data.
* Advanced IT and IS skills, including MS Excel, WMS, and TMS experience.
* Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, with additional languages an asset.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules.
