Their products are primarily available in retail but also have a presence in the pharmacy channel. We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to develop and implement the BeNeLux Trade Marketing strategy, enhancing the competitive edge of the client’s brands at critical touchpoints/points of sale.

Your mission is to craft and implement the regional Trade Marketing strategy to bolster the client’s competitive advantage at retail touchpoints, ensuring the achievement of business objectives. As the Trade Marketing Manager, you'll lead the establishment and execution of a four-pillar Customer Excellence Strategy, focusing on:
* Assortment Distribution
* Promotion Management & Analysis
* Data Management
* Retail Media
Additional responsibilities include:
* Lead regional Category Management initiatives, aligning strategies with brand objectives for Health Foods, Active Nutrition, and Sports Nutrition.
* Transform shopper insights into actionable plans, positioning the company as a preferred supplier or category captain.
* Develop tools for assortment optimization, like shelving solutions and strategies for distribution growth.
* Analyze market data (e.g., ACNielsen, IRI, Red Pharma, GFK) to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
* Establish best practices for promotion planning, ROI measurement, and evaluation.
* Support product launches by creating impactful trade packages and concepts.
* Explore new business opportunities across various sales channels.
* Provide strategic support to Sales Management by building strong relationships with key accounts and delivering high-quality materials for meetings.
* Manage the Trade Marketing budget in collaboration with senior sales leadership, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Share category management expertise across regions, contributing to global knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
* Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
* Extensive experience in Category Management, specifically in Health Food, Active Nutrition, and Sport Nutrition sectors.
* Expertise in space management tactics, category strategy, and translating shopper research into actionable plans.
* Skilled in using tools like ACNielsen, IRI, Red Pharma, and GFK to analyze data and deliver insights.
* Proven ability to implement efficient assortment tools (e.g., shelving, distribution growth).
* Experienced in recommending brand segmentation and promotional activities based on category insights.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional partnerships.
