Responsibilities and duties:
Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job
- Participate in executing activities within site management according to our
procedures, work instructions and policies.
- Maintain complete, accurate and timely data and essential documents in relevant
systems utilized for trial management.
- Document trial related activities, in particular monitoring. Write visit reports and
follow-up letters if applicable.
- Review study files for completeness.
- Collaborate with local study team for documenting and communicating site/study
progress and issues.
- Attend local meetings such as local trial team meetings, local town hall, compliance
meetings (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Provide a bullet point list of the qualifications that are necessary for someone to fill this position
- Be available for an 6-month internship
- You should be currently enrolled or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences,
Nursing or related scientific field.
- Strong knowledge with MS Office
- Willing to travel within Belgium and the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal
- Proficient in Dutch/ French/ English
- Good Clinical Practice knowledge is a plus.

We provide an allowance per worked day, to cover for your daily
expenses. Additional support for housing opportunities is available depending on the
distance to campus. By participation in trainings and events you will be able to
broaden your expertise and knowledge.

Unfortunately, graduates that are currently not enrolled in a study program are not eligible for
this internship.
