Senior Logistics Manager - RETAIL
* Define and implement logistics strategies to align processes with business needs, ensuring efficient inventory and storage management.
* Develop and manage logistics budgets and general expenses, optimizing delivery zones and transportation costs.
* Supervise logistics staff, promote adherence to internal policies, and coordinate with teams in sales, procurement, and supply chain.
* Implement governance policies, supervise risk analysis, and ensure workplace safety and compliance.
* Produce monthly reports, validate logistics invoices, negotiate transport prices, and manage logistics-related disputes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent experience with a proven track record.
* At least 10 years of experience in retail logistics or a similar field, with team management experience.
* Experience in cross-dock implementation.
* Fluency in French and English, with a good level of Dutch.
* Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
* Excellent project and budget management skills.
* Detail-oriented, problem-solving, client-focused, adaptable, with strong negotiation and team management skills.
