You will join our team of experts to support customers across various locations in Belgium to accelerate their digital transformation and improve their business processes. You will play a key role throughout the whole delivery chain by working in close collaboration with our clients providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and help drive process automation on a development platform You assess the clients current situation, suggest improvements in the way of working, tailor the implementation of Servicenow products to fit the customers' needs, and document and provide training on the newly implemented solution. We also provide training so you can expand your knowledge of the platforms and methodologies (e.g., ITIL). In addition, senior colleagues will challenge and guide you based on real-life scenarios. You are tech savvy and also have an interest in process consultancy. You have a problem-solving mindset and get the job done. You have a degree and work experience in IT. Your experience includes working within Service Management Environments (based on the ITIL framework) and using scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Groovy, Python, Bash ). No need to be a coding guru, but you can interpret and adapt code where needed. You already have minimaly 3 years of experience with ServiceNow ESM (Enterprise Service Management) modules such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Business Management, HR Service Delivery,. You are a good communicator, able to adapt your communication style when engaging with business and technical users and eager to actively contribute to ServiceNow or Atlassian implementation projects at our customers. You have a process and value-driven approach. You already have the Certified Implementation Speciaist – IT Service Management certification Experience with and certification in Atlassian, Omnitracker or other Enterprise Service Management tools are a plus.
