Your challenge
Whether in interim client-based projects or consulting setups, you're vital to crafting and delivering innovative digital solutions for our clients. Your role involves defining products that seamlessly blend user experience, business strategy, and emerging technologies. Beyond project execution, you'll play a key role in strengthening our in-house expertise in the fast-growing domain of Digital Product Development.
Product Strategy:
1. Dive into the data, conduct market research & user testing to identify & validate the next best product opportunity.
2. Develop and articulate a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with the clients’ business strategy, customer needs and market trends.
3. Lead end-to-end project management, from ideation to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
4. Apply the agile principles throughout the whole project from planning to shipping.
Product Delivery:
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to refine business needs, build customer journeys & choose smart technical solutions.
2. (Re)prioritize features and functionalities based on value, effort and strategic priorities and define planning.
(Agile) Project Management:
1. Lead end-to-end project management, from ideation to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
2. Apply the agile principles throughout the whole project from planning to shipping.
Your profile:
1. Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, specifically in the marketing IT domain.
2. Strong agile project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
3. In-depth knowledge of marketing technology trends, tools, and platforms and strong technical acumen.
4. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
8. An open mindset and an interest to work in various industries and changing environments.
Qualifications
1. A business-related Master's degree or an equivalent in experience.
2. Relevant certifications in project management or product ownership.
3. Strong communication skills, fluent in the local language(s): Dutch and/or French in Belgium plus a very good command of English.
