You'll be part of the Digital Division, actively contributing to the modernization of the group's IT infrastructure and application landscape.In this high-impact role, you'll translate business capabilities into end-to-end technical solutions, aligned with architectural best practices and group strategy. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts, and be deeply involved in design, governance, and delivery. Your responsibilities will includeAnalyzing functional and non-functional requirements, constraints, and business needsTranslating capabilities into architectural building blocks using modern design patterns (e.G., MicroServices, event-driven)Delivering architecture designs aligned with standards, guidelines, and reference architecturesActing as the key bridge between the product, architecture, and delivery teamsSupporting implementation and ensuring alignment via architecture governance (e.G., Design Boards, ADR, Atam)Providing hands-on support in integration design, application architecture, and toolingEmbracing Agile ways of working and contributing to continuous improvementYou'll work in a bilingual (English-German) context, with teams spread across Brussels and Berlin. Fluent English is required for documentation and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders. French and/or Dutch are a plus. Profile / requirements Here's our wishlist for the ideal candidate: Must-have skills:At least 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect in complex, enterprise IT environmentsStrong grasp of DDD, MicroServices, event-driven architecture and other modern paradigmsProficient in architecture frameworks such as ArchiMate, Togaf, Atam, CbamExperience with architecture modeling tools (SparX EA is a strong asset)Clear communicator, able to navigate cross-functional teams and align stakeholdersComfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of end-to-end solutionsConfident leading discussions and facilitating collaborative decision-making (whiteboarding comes naturally)Agile mindset with experience in Agile/DevOps environments
