1. Eager in learning successful implementation of IAM solutions in a complex environment;
2. Learn to be a liaison to business, technology and project management partners and learn to act as an IAM advocate for technology initiatives while guiding the organisation in modelling of Business roles and onboarding of applications;
3. Get to know IAM processes and discover opportunities and solutions for improvement, automation and streamlined integration;
4. Help conducting maturity assessments and technology gap analysis for the IAM program;
5. Learn to translate business requests into functional requirements.
Get familiar with Governance & compliancy
6. Learn all about compliance regulations and policies an how they reflect in IAM;
7. Collaborate with IT, Audit, and other oversight teams to understand and remedy audit findings;
8. Answer general inquiries regarding information security practice or security access;
9. Discover recommendations for implementing desired level of access controls;
10. Assist in implementing action plans to address system access issues;
11. Identify, define/approve and implement continuous process.
Develop reporting skills
12. Develop reporting methods and ensure that metrics are captured and reported for the team to monitor productivity and quality of service.
Profile
13. Curious about Identity Lifecycle, SSO, authentication models, and security concepts, SOD, GDPR;
14. Willing to understand the current IAM technologies with an interest in emerging technologies within the IAM space;
15. Team player;
16. Learn how to build strong relationships and collaboration skills;
17. Develop analytical skills and attention to detail;
18. Interest in tools providing access control, authentication, and authorization, such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory or ForgeRock;
19. Interest in Cloud service providers such as AWS, SalesForce and Azure;
20. Fluent in English and fluent in French or Dutch.
