We believe in the power of diversity: we are convinced that an inclusive and diverse work environment leads to more innovation, creativity and better results.The purpose of this role is to proactively support Project Leaders (PLs) and Programme Managers (PMs) in the following areas: * Providing coordination and monitoring for the entire duration of an infrastructure project (from start to finish) * Monitoring the project budget, finance and accounting (including the management of contractual documents) * Monitoring the timetable of major project milestones in SAP so that PLs can organise and execute their projects as efficiently as possible What this role entails Following instructions from the PLs, you will input the project milestones in the tool (SAP PS) throughout the duration of the project and will carry out, in SAP PS or Excel Babe, the various checks/controls and follow-ups related to these milestones in order to ensure proper project execution in the various tools. You will coordinate the inputting, updating and/or checking of project budgets in the relevant tools (SAP PS, Excel Babe) to ensure that the business can monitor the financial progress of its projects. You will proactively support the PLs and PMs so that they can more effectively and efficiently manage the budgetary, financial and administrative aspects of projects as well as project timetables. Following instructions given by the PLs/PMs, you will create project cards and coordinate their implementation and validation with the PLs/PMs and the IPC administration to ensure they are submitted to the relevant decision-making bodies. You will create and administratively follow up purchase requests, shopping carts, store reservations, orders and deliveries related to orders in order to initiate the purchasing process and ensure that suppliers deal with orders correctly and on time. You will draft the 'transfer of ownership' when the delivery time requested by Elia has been exceeded. When so requested by the PLs, you will coordinate the monitoring of accounts, work orders (WO) and/or order supplements and translate them into purchase requests to create addendums to orders or requests under the framework contract. You will ensure that administrative documents are available (provisional, industrial or final acceptance reports, security clauses and certificates) in order to be able to close the file and release the bank guarantees or the payments withheld. You will be responsible for carrying out and/or updating project monitoring work procedures used by the OPAs to guarantee transparency in these processes and ensure that the OPAs manage files in a detailed and uniform manner. #Jouw profielYou hold a degree or have equivalent experience. Your work is organised and well structured. You have a critical mindset. You are a team player. You are autonomous, accurate and customer-oriented. You communicative effectively. You are a French-speaker and you preferably have a good knowledge of Dutch or you are willing to learn Dutch. You have a good basic knowledge of English.
