Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or similar fields in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: English is a must have, French is a plus
Expected start date: as soon as possible
Duration: 4 to 6 months
Work arrangements: hybrid (2 days on site and 3 homeworking)
Requisite : The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do? Where does the role fit?
1. Operational activities - Take on tasks within the team
- Assisting Market Supply Chain Manager (MSCM) in operational Supply Management activities in interaction with Market and global stakeholders – e.g. SCIM reviews, Supply review meetings, other governances
- Assisting Market Supply Chain Manager (MSCM) in operational Demand Management activities – e.g. Accessing the Forecast KPI’s to perform analysis of SFA/SFB data and trends. Helping MSCM preparation of Forecast KPI analysis. Identifying key outliers and driving discussions on improvement actions with MSCM and impacted markets.
- Conducting SKU optimization analysis based on demand/forecast data and proposing SKUs to discontinue.
- Providing support for master data set up and ensuring data quality, particularly in areas such as (Demand migration, Phase in/ Phase out timeline, and on-time SKU readiness)
- Managing the cessation of supply / Shortage reporting processes to stakeholders
- Supporting and improve the IMT/COD process
2. Projects & Continuous improvement
- Supporting continuous improvement projects related to customer supply chain
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within the area and proposing changes to the team and (N+1)
- Taking on coordination responsibilities within larger projects, including clarifying task scopes, aligning milestones, defining, and tracking completion of actions, and reporting progress to the project manager
- Continuous development of the Onboarding handbook for newcomers
