Overview
Are you ready to lead and shape our sales strategy for Carrefour? We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven National Account Manager to further develop the customer relationship and to build strong commercial plans to drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities
1. Drive achievement of annual sales targets across key metrics such as volume, net revenue, market share, and operating profit within the Snacks and Grains categories.
2. Translate retailer strategies and market data into actionable, growth-focused PepsiCo commercial plans.
3. Negotiate and implement Customer Development Agreements aligned with strategic PepsiCo commercial objectives.
4. Collaborate closely with Carrefour and internal PepsiCo teams to identify opportunities and translate plans into growth through effective execution of innovation, activation, and perfect store initiatives.
5. Optimize management of trade funds, continuously enhancing the effectiveness of all trade expenditures.
6. Partner effectively with Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales Finance, Net Revenue Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
7. Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
8. Strong understanding of customer dynamics and strategic business management.
9. Excellent negotiation, communication (French and English, Dutch is a plus), and relationship-building skills.
10. Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable business plans.
11. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
