Key
Responsibilities of the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Trainee:

Assist in the development and execution of
creative ideas to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the
employer branding strategy.
·
Support various projects aimed at improving
the candidate and hiring manager experience contributing to
a seamless recruitment process.
·
Analyze and report on the impact of
recruitment campaigns aiding in the enhancement of our talent
acquisition strategies.
·
Support the planning and management of
content calendars ensuring timely and effective content
delivery.
·
Liaise with regional teams to provide and
execute content for campaigns, showcasing the experiences of current
employees.
·
Ensure all external communications about
people and culture are on brand, using the tone of voice that reflects
our employer's value proposition.
·
Be ready to support various talent
acquisition and recruitment processes projects, demonstrating
flexibility and a proactive approach to tasks.
Key
Requirements for the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Trainee
·
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
·
Demonstrated ability to generate and
implement creative ideas to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and maintain the
company's tone of voice.
·
Proficient in analyzing data and reporting on
the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and other talent acquisition
strategies.
·
Ability to support and manage multiple
projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
·
Proven ability to work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams, including regional teams, to execute content and
campaigns.
·
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks,
ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to brand guidelines.
·
Readiness to take on various tasks and
projects within talent acquisition, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable
approach.
·
Familiarity with social media platforms,
content management systems, and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.
