* Management of a customer portfolio
* Prepare quotes and send them to the customer or sales manager
* Provide support to the sales department for all information concerning the monitoring and management of files
* Control, process and launch orders for spare parts and complete equipment after collecting all the technical and commercial documents and data necessary for the proper execution of the order
* Assist the sales director in the preparation of commercial offers and the reading of sales contracts
* Keep files up to date in the ERP system
* Manage the invoicing of customer files and ensure compliance with the conditions set by finance.
* Point of contact: you are the client's main contact for questions related to the follow-up of a file (production deadlines, transport, etc.)
* Monitoring the progress of files until delivery of materials (coordinate shipments of orders)
* Bachelor's or master's degree with commercial or technical direction.
* First experience in a similar position (customer contact & order processing).
* Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French (min. B2). Knowledge of other languages is a valuable asset.
* Good knowledge of the industry and technical products
* Mastery of MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system
