Group Learning & Development Coordinator

Key Accountabilities
As a Group Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our global learning program. You will ensure that all logistical aspects are meticulously arranged and collaborate with our team to enhance the overall learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and Implementing L&D Activities : Supporting the build-up of our yearly learning and development program, succesfully coordinating logistics and other program arrangements with the various stakeholders, promoting and ensuring participation, and managing the annual budget. You will consolidate information and organize reports prior, during and after the events for defining improvement opportunities.
2. Supporting the Learning Management System (LMS): Ensuring the LMS operates smoothly, new features are tested, technical issues are resolved quickly, and providing training to local L&D leads.
3. Coordinating E-learning Creation & multi-language delivery : Managing licenses and user training for subject matter experts and contributing to the development of e-learning modules from an instructional design standpoint. You will also be responsible for our global digital induction program.
Who are we looking for?
You are a self-starter who can independently set priorities and has a passion for learning and development. Additionally, you have:
4. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR or Office Management, or equivalent experience.
5. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a coordinating role (L&D, Event Management). Experience in an international environment is considered a plus.
6. Excellent command of the English language ; knowledge of French, Dutch and Spanish is an asset.
7. Advanced knowledge of MS365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with MS Teams and Power BI is advantageous.
8. Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors Learning is a plus.
