Remedia Europe is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support the smooth running of our Brussels operations and assist with outreach efforts across our growing media portfolio.
This is a hybrid role combining administrative coordination with hands-on marketing support, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is looking to grow with a dynamic company.
As part of a small team working on ambitious media products, you will play a key role in day-to-day logistics, internal organization, and external communications. You will support the leadership team, coordinate events and meetings, help manage subscriptions and outreach campaigns, and keep our operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about working in a startup environment where your ideas and initiative will be valued.
Responsibilities
* Support daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination
* Assist in managing subscriber and contact databases
* Help prepare presentations, reports, and other internal materials
* Coordinate outreach efforts, including email campaigns and social media posts
* Contribute to the organization of events, briefings, and meetings
* Liaise with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders as needed
* Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms
Requirements
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication in English; other EU languages are a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication in French
* Solid knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Experience with CRM tools, email platforms, or social media management is a plus
* A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
* A minimum of two years of previous experience in an administrative, communications, or marketing role is preferred
Details
* Salary of €35,000–€45,000 depending on experience
* Full-time position with a preference for staff contracts in Belgium
* This is a Brussels-based position
