Job Description
At KPMG Belgium, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expertise Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex enterprise information security programs and infrastructure in both the public and private sectors.
You will assist with assessments of clients' IT and security processes, risks, controls, and compliance against leading practices, industry standards, and/or client frameworks. This will involve assessing capability and maturity, identifying gaps in design and execution, and communicating issues and recommendations to engagement leads and client senior management.
Additionally, you will work with client senior management to develop a cybersecurity improvement strategy and roadmap to enhance maturity and reduce risk. You will also work with them to assess, design, and implement sustainable solutions, including GRC tools, operating processes, and people models, to address key and evolving risks.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in the field of cybersecurity and information risk management. They will also possess working knowledge of leading frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST 800-53, CIS, and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model.
