Missions
Responsible for overall coordination, progress reporting and stability of project work efforts
Responsible for developing project plans, assigning tasks to team members, supervising and monitoring work on a daily basis, identifying resource requirements, controlling quality and appropriately reporting functional, quality or schedule issues
Responsible for monitoring key project milestones and adjusting plans or resources to meet customer requirements
Coordinates communication with all company departments impacting project scope, budget, risks and resources
Responsible for projects with a strategic impact on the company's activities, with the task of planning and managing the change implementation process while taking into account organizational readiness levels
Oversees the progress and completion of projects, from initiation to closure
Profile
You hold a master degree in IT or related degree/diploma
You have at least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager
You also have a proven experience within the financial sector
You have the ability to analyze and take quick decisions
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
Excellent communication skills
You are fluent in English
