As a Commercial Product Manager, you will join our ambitious and dedicated Sales Team BENELUX. Together with your colleagues you will support our business with your expertise in commercial product management and your marketing skills. You will be project owner and provide technical and commercial support to achieve our commercial goals in Benelux. In this role, you will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager Benelux. It is a hybrid role so you can work from both our Dutch HQ in Opmeer, our office in Wavre, Belgium and partly from home, initial frequent presence in both offices is required. This role has an initial emphasis on marketing communication, but will evolve towards more technical product management over time, depending on your own ambitions and potential.
Your primary tasks include:
1. Provide sales support to the sales team, including creating sales collateral, delivering product presentations, and participating in customer meetings.
2. Act as a point of contact for specialist questions regarding standards, rules, and legislation, including sifting through regulations and developing relevant recommendations.
3. Be the linking pin between global Product Management and Benelux Sales in finding customized solutions and product launches.
4. Roll out the regional marketing plan and proactively participate to achieve the objectives.
5. Measure and track the performance of all product initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase product activation and expand into new use cases/segments.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches. Develop technical marketing materials to support product launches, including product specifications, feature highlights, and technical demonstrations.
7. Lead, facilitate, and coordinate project activities including project planning and stakeholder management.
8. Start as a hands-on role creating all necessary collateral to bring the teams up to speed, with the potential to evolve quickly to a role of strategic importance.

In addition, our expectations are:
1. Bachelor's degree; a combination of technical and marketing education/experience is preferred.
2. Affinity with the building industry and/or building products in a product marketing environment.
3. Ability to read and analyze specifications and technical architectural plans.
4. Hands-on experience with software development or quality assurance is a strong plus.
5. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and tools, including email marketing platforms, webinar platforms, and social media management tools.
7. Good self-leadership, flexible, shows initiative, motivation, proactivity, and is tenacious and positive.
8. Fluent in Dutch, and English is a must. French is a plus.
