Position: Operations Executive
We are looking for a talented Operations Executive to join our Operations department. In this role, you will handle incoming customer calls and requests in line with our quality standards, procedures, and guidelines, with a focus on promoting reservations and products. Your primary goal is to exceed customer service expectations while converting inquiries into reservations. You will also be responsible for negotiating with hotels and local suppliers for rates, services, and general conditions.

Requirements and Skills
* Experience in tour operator/travel agency operations and/or hotel contracting, management, sales, or marketing is a distinct advantage.
* Strong proficiency in English is a must.
* A second or third foreign language (spoken and written) is a significant advantage.
* Knowledge of tour operator or hotel operations and basic understanding of revenue management.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Tasks and Duties
* Track all client reservations and provide timely and efficient responses.
* Handle inquiries made via the company website.
* Process reservations over the phone and via email.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure that all customers receive high-quality service.
* Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.
