We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Specialist to join our Carrier and Wholesale team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and proposing innovative connectivity and voice solutions that address the unique requirements of our clients. You will work closely with the sales team, product managers, and technical experts to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized connectivity solutions.
2. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
3. Prepare detailed technical proposals, including solution descriptions, diagrams, and cost estimates.
4. Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
5. Develop and deliver commercial proposals to meet the specific needs of the customer in terms of functionality, price, and quality.
6. Work on a mix of standard, more complex (e.g., redundancy), and non-standard requests to ensure comprehensive solutions.
7. Though the focus is on connectivity solutions, also handle a limited set of voice solutions (e.g., VAS numbers, SIP trunking).
8. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate technical, commercial, and contractual elements into high-quality documents.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications).
11. Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role within the telecommunications industry.
12. Strong understanding of network design, capacity planning, and integration with existing systems.
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in French is a bonus.
14. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
15. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
