Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and digital transformation. Work closely with IT teams (development, architecture, and testing) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT deliverables. Conduct impact analysis and ensure that new requirements are feasible within the existing IT infrastructure. Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking milestones, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery. Support the testing phases (UAT, functional testing) and ensure the solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with external vendors or third party service providers when needed. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in banking processes and IT systems. Skills & Qualifications : Experience : 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst, specifically in the banking or financial services industry. Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development life cycles (SDLC). Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Domain Knowledge : Extensive experience with banking systems, financial products, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PSD2, GDPR). Business & Communication Skills : Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively liaise with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Tools : Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, BPMN, UML, and relevant software for requirements gathering and documentation. Languages : Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
