Job Description:
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant specialized in finance and bank integration to join the Solutions Team for the Renewable Energy Portfolio of a prominent Swedish holding company headquartered in the Netherlands.
Types of contract: Freelance, Full-time or contract to hire
Working Hours/Schedule: 9:00 – 17:00
Additional Employee Benefits: 13th month bonus salary
Responsibilities:
1. Design and drive the Dynamics 365 that meets the business requirements of the organization.
2. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
4. Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports.
5. Implement best practices for financial and operational processes within the system.
6. Create and maintain functional documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders, technical architect, and developers to ensure that the organization has consistent and sustainable solutions that are integrated and harmonized with other systems and applications.
8. Manage external resources during the development of portfolio solutions to deliver according to the defined architecture and hand-over plans.
9. Stay current with Dynamics 365 features and capabilities and identify opportunities to leverage new functionality to improve business processes.
10. Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with Dynamics 365 implementations.
11. Assist stakeholders with functional issues concerning Dynamics 365.
Requirements:
1. University degree in computer science, finance, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics Functional Consultant.
3. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O accounting, taxes, reporting, and purchase to pay modules.
4. Experience in configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions across several countries and business units.
5. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems and applications.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. International experience and an understanding of cultural differences.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Fluent in English (written and spoken) and happy to work across language barriers.
10. Availability to travel internationally at least once every two months.
