As Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
* Offer expert guidance and commercial support to clients regarding the company's service portfolio, ensuring adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
* Manage client contracts and oversee the daily operations for a portfolio of assigned customers.
* Work closely with internal teams to develop and adjust the commercial offerings to better align with market demands and business objectives.
* Actively reach out to potential customers, assessing the feasibility of their needs from both a technical and financial perspective, and drive the development of new services or additional infrastructure.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with neighboring transmission operators, facilitating necessary commercial and operational discussions.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
* Master's degree in engineering, business, economics, or a similar discipline.
* Previous experience in a B2B (technical) environment
* Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to digest and simplify complex information.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and assertiveness skills.
* A client-centric, solutions-driven approach with a forward-thinking and proactive attitude.
* Competence with Microsoft Office suite.
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in either Dutch and French.
